Artillery crews are being trained in China, These are firing practise rounds and study'ing projectile mathmetics. And also learning how to employ small artillery against Tanks. 300 of these have been produced in China and Chinese are being trained in the use with the supervision of the Japanese army. There is a weekly production of 200 of these now. Production of the Type 38 10cm Cannon has begun in China. 50 of these will be produced weekly. 200 Have been delivered from Japan of these, but production there of these pieces has ceased there. The pieces now in China are used to train Chinese in the use of them, these are supervised by Japanese experts in this field. Practise rounds are used to go easy on the barrel.

20 factories to produce uniforms are to be established all over japanese held territory, but preferably near oil fields. These factories will produce uniforms but there will be bunkers nearby in which equipment for Fractional Distillation are stored, these are large tanks so a rail will lead to the bunker from the factory to move those if neccecery. Offcourse equipment for chemical processing is stored there too.
Outside every factory a fence will be set and 300 guards with 5 machine guns, 2 mortars and 20 75mm flak cannons will be deployed.

Chemical tanks and advanced machine tools are being put into a newly constucted empty factory building in suthern China, and 20 Flak cannons are being deployed outside along with 40 machine guns for airdefense. This factory will produce 75mm and 105mm Phospane shells. This is done in strict secresy. A fence is being constructed arround the factory and storage bunkers for the gas and the manufactured shells. The gas is being prodced in a large underground bunker outside the factory. The shells are to be stored in small underground bunkers near the borders. Production of these will commence in 5 RL days.

OOC: Japan, you have to research that stuff. It is bleeding edge shit in 1914. I researched it. I think I took 5 RL days (game weeks) to research Phosphene, which doesn't count the 4 or 5 I took to research precursor chemical weapons. Also please point to a WWI refrence to the Flak Cannon? I haven't seen one.

OOC: Phosgene is just oxidized chloroform, I'm pretty sure I can handle that with out research. Flak cannons ? are those any diffrent from AAA ? If so I meant AAA

The constuction of two Ise class battleships has commenced in Suther China, the construction will be cheap becouse the only costs are Chinese labour and transportation of the steel. Also the industrialization of China continues with the construction of 20 Privatly owned Chinese factories. In a reletivly short time the average income of the average Chinese has gone up by 30% apart from the large factories that have been made countless small factories producing domestic items have risen.
Also a single large factory has been constructed by the National arms Inc. company. Japanese Model 38 70mm Howitzers will be made. (The artillery question one)
Japanese Model 38 70mm Howitzer
Caliber: 70mm (2.76 inch) Total weight in action: 500 lbs. Thickness of armor shield: 0.356 in. Traverse: 45 degrees Elevation: +50 degrees Depression: 2,100 fps Range: 2,900 yards Danger area of burst: 40 yds. (approx.) Ammo: Semifixed, with propelling charge being divided into four increments. HE, AP and smoke shells were fired. The standard Model 88 delay and instantaneous fuzes were used.
The National steel corporation has completeed the production of 3 steel mills in suthern China and begun constructing further 8. Also Japanese banks bough silver and gold mines and increased production by introducing modern equipment. And geologist on pay from the banks have begun to look for places where more silver/gold mining is possible.
