The Ottoman 3rd Fleet is preparing the Deploy the 13th Army into this conflict. They are to act as peacekeeping troops and will not be used on the side of the Greeks and Afgans but as neturals. The 3rd Fleet has been ordered to land the troops in Persia and following Persian approval the 2 Divsions of the 13th will head towards the East via the rail network.
The Ottoman Generals wish to know exactly where the reinforcements are required by the Moscow Pact immediatley.
Following the deployment of the Divisions along with their equipment the 3rd Naval Fleet shall withdraw to Basra.

The Ottoman 13th Army has now arrived at Afgan postions to support them with Peacekeeping.
Following instruction from the Afgans the Ottoman's will be deployed.

The troops will be deployed in China. They will help train an army and keep the peace in the part of China where the Chinese government currently has control. All troops will remain out of the areas recently evacuated by the Japanese as they will come under Greek control.

The Ottoman Infantry has begun to move to its designated location. Although their intentions are to keep the peace unprovoked violence against them will be met with full force.
