Sparta’s first order of Buisness is the following: they will take quality lumber and tin roofing and build better houses for the poor Koreans. They will ask for volunteers for a fifth Korean Home guard army. These men will be outfitted with special uniforms and nice quality muskets. We will start to prospect Korea for valuable minerals and resources. So we can start making a profit with in the next few years. The 3rd army will stay in Korea for some time to insure order.
Sparta will also erect 2 ports one will fly the Italian flag and will be outfitted for repairs and construction. The Spartan one for fishing boats, cargo ships and the like, also there will also be 2 airstrips erected one in the north the other in the south.
