Weapons are being stocked in Korea, and the Japanese
goverment states tghat it will draft large amount of men if
Russia makes an offensive move against the Japanese
empire.
forces behind the lines are making lines in the back if
the main line was to be pierced.
due to mexico's decleration of war 40 divisions worth of
home guards are being drafted.

Japanese carpentors are producing airframes at a lfast rate
so that engine production can't keep up.
The Japanese goverment is giving out large a large amount
for every 100hp gnome engine and giving out plans so that
small workshops can make like one of those a day and still
make a good profit.
Civilians are being trained in the use of granades. Ironicly
given to Japan from Germany.

The goverment buys up stocks from gunsmiths (shotguns
and small rifles mostly) then offers them oney for making
old mutra rifles. (simple easy to produce)
a factory has full filled a order of 10.000 small cavarly rifles
which are shiped to Hamamatsu along with more and more
civilains to form a larger partisan force. each of them gets
a single granade and a rifle along with 20 bullets.
a large shipment of Maxim and type 3 machine guns has
arrived. along with supplies.
martial law is declered
