The Ottoman Empire wishes to either buy the plans for the Thulin-K Bi-Planes or alternatively buy the services of manafacturers of the Bi-Planes from the Swedish government.
We are open to most offers in exchange for the proposed deal.

The First 5 Heavy Cruisers, Russian RURIK Class have been completed.
It is up to Sweden to decide on deliverly fine points.
The other 5 will hopefully be completed within the month.
