His Majesty, Kaiser Wilhelm II of the German Empire has taken great interest in the American sonar system, and is willing to conduct a deal that might interest our ally. We are interested in your Fessenden sonar system. We wish the plans and production rights to this new technology, and in turn, we shall give our plans and production rights to the German U-boat.

We find this to be a great movement for both of our countries. By sharing our technology, we are strenghthening each other. We hope to give more tech. support in the future.

Sadly I found that SONAR to detect submarines was invented in 1915. It was never reasurched so there for should not exist.
There was a SONAR in 1906 but it could only find icebergs.
