Bulgaria calls for an embargo on the puppet faction of Sparta. We will pay any nation all the money that is lost in this embargo.
Any ships that try to give Sparta food or oil will be taken.

If you attempt to take our oil shipments to Sparta, it will be an immediate declaration of war. I suggest you think before you do such a thing.

OOC: Rumania, I have never deleted a post. The only thing close to deleting that I've done is deleting that thread that Bulgaria made about asking south Persians to revolt.
IC: At the moment, your war with Sparta is an easy one, but if we get involved and begin shipping men over to help Sparta, that will change. Oil is a small matter compared to +200,000 dutch troops arriving in Sparta to help them.

By supporting a nation that i am fighting with is going against the Berlin pact. Those ships will be sent back if they continue going foward. Trading with a nation is not going against the Berlin Pact. The convoy heading to Sparta will ignore your commands for it to head back. We are going to send the oil to Sparta, if you attack our ships than so be it. |

Several Persian transports are about to arrive in Italy, all carrying naval personel. The sailors will be sailing back the newly purchased ships. While it is not expected for their to be any conflict -- as shown by the extremly light escort (Two Destroyers) -- all ships will be flying three Persian flags on every ship to ensure nothing emboils the Persia into the conflict.
