Local Newspaper:
Today a rich inventor named Fiat has finished a Armoured, mobile house, and it finally works, after 16 other models that were duds. It is not fast, going slower then a car, but can blaze though most anything: fences, bushes, and even barn walls. Many neighbors have complained, and Fiat has been kicked out of the local groups, deemed crazy, many of his freinds disowning him. Word has the government is keeping a close eye on him and his invention, witch he calls the Fiat 2000 - Model 17.

OOC: just so you know, I think Italy was given only 2 of these tanks a few months before the war ended; and it never saw combat.

Italy says sure, but political preasure beating down his back, your not gonna get muxh out of him.
It would be better to wait till we are done with his designs, then purchase rights to produce.

OOC:
Well, at the moment, the Dutch designs for the tank is probably a week or two away at this point, interviewing him would just improve the tank when the prototype is released.
