With all due respect to the Ottoman Empire I have reservations about joing the Moscow Pact. I am afraid that it will get us embroiled in the current European conflict. As for economic suggestions I would like to propose the free use of ports by trade vessels. Good Choice mate

What you say is true, however I need more time to decide on the matter. For now let us return to the matters at hand. The proposal for open ports remains on the table, and open for debate.

Persia agrees to this matter as well. Furthermore, we present the topic of the possibility of Persian troops on the Afghan/Indian border. We would be happy to assist in the construction of a trench network to link our current lines into Afghan defences. Pherhaps the Ottoman Empire would be willing to divert some of his armed forces into the south of Arabia.
Persia means no folly towards Afghan or Persia, meerly the nations of Persia and the Ottoman Empire have a large population to draw its army from.

I agree that we should be strengthing our forces along the Indian border, and that we should work together to do so. However I believe details should be hammered out in a more private setting.

I believe it would be best to vote on the -economic- proposals on the table so that we may begin are open and free trade relations, and then discuss defense issues.

Good idea however we may need to make a decision on joining the Moscow Pact soon still. The Berlin Pact/ Med Coalition meeting has alreadly refered to us as the oil rich nations that we are and it is more than likely that we could become a target. Therefore is if we join the Moscow Pact we other countrys to sell the oil to and also help protect our land resources.
The Ottomans also offer to train the militarys of fellow M.E.T.A countries especially that of Arabia whos potiental is very high both economically and with its military.

Arabia believes that the Ottomans offer would assist in the development of our military. At the moment we have a small army with obsolete weapons.

It is the belief of the nation of Afghanistan that joining into such a military pact with European powers must be left up to nations on an individual nation, and that it should be beyond the scope of META.

I move to the issue of oil. As more and more machines begin to take the place of the common soldier, the importance of oil is ever rising. Between our four nations a majority of the known oil in the world is under our control.
This presents an important oppurtunity. I suggest a standardization of the price per barrel of oil. We would think the price of 23 dollars, USD, would be a fair price. Suggestions?
OCC: No clue on what oil cost in the 1910s, but figure we take that an add some extra cost on, since people all have more tanks and planes then in RL WWI nations.

I think this is where we stand, just to recap
1) Right of Passage in any of the M.E.T.A countries.
2) Railway network joined up to improve trade and overall industry.
3) Mutual Protection Act
4) Open Ports for M.E.T.A. signatories
