OOC: If you dont want people to see it; then what's the point of role playing it out. If it's a meeting then it's a secret IP; meening that the nations that are not there dont know the information, but they will know it out of character wise.
If you dont even want people to see it OOC wise; then why dont we just talk in a private AIM chatroom?
