We ask that you withdraw all troops from Arabia immediatly and remove your naval presence from the Middle East. If you do not, we will regretefully be forced to declare war on your nation, as spelled out in our mutual defense agreement with the other nations of the Middle East.

Recently you have mobilized troops in the Middle-East Region. We ask that you send these troops home. The Middle East would easily defeat your 200,000 troops. Combined the middle-east has a large force and would easily win the day. It would not be without losses thou. You have conqured Mexico and Canada. What else woud you need?

OOC: I don't think you have to worry about him removing his troops from Arabia. Due to the simple fact that he's not in Arabia.
