on a sunny mourning in Rome the Arch Duke gives his speech to the Italians
" we apologize for the lost of loved ones and we understand your pain. but now you will have a government that acctually cares for the people of Italy. We have begun funding for new roads education and other civilian needs. We ask that italians join the Austrian Army and defend the Austrian-Hungarian-Italian empire. Everyone will be equal with one another except officers of coarse have more power. but everyone will be treated the same. Pay will start at $40 a month for a recruit and a raise of $0.50 will be given to each rank. We understand you may hate Austria but it is now your home nation. and we will protect you no matter what. Italy is now part of the Austrian Empire and you are now all Austrian-Italians. We trust you will support your home if you like it or not."
The speech was a hit and jumped italian forces to 500 Italian troops within 1 RL week.
