China you cannot win this war. The Greeks are willing to end this war and stop their fighting at this cost.

1. You give us the followiing
All Chen Hoi Class Ships (2)
All Iota class Ships (1)
All Chiang Hsi Class Ships (2)

One type of these ships are wooden gunboats the others are out of date gunboats.

2. You never insult the Greeks ever again
3. You keep out of Greek and Afgan Indochina

[Afghanistan]

Afghanistan would be willing to negotiate peace with the Chinese leaders as well. These are our terms.

1) Both sides must sign a non-aggression pact.
2) Afghan forces off the East coast of China would return to Indochina.
3) China ceedes Kashgar and the surrounding territory to Afghanistan, as well as making major trade concessions to Afghanistan in Xinjiang province.
4) The withdraw of Chinese partisan troops from the mountains around Kashgar and Xinjiang province.
