Austria Hungary has decided to make peace with France while they fight Germany. We wish you to agree to the following terms:
Term I:
Austrians Have Access to all Colonies althought they will remain under French control
Term II: All Colonies are to be protected by Austrian troops not French.
Term III: Plans to the French 75 are to be given to Austria
Term IV: We sign a mutual Defensive alliance (excludeing the conflict between French and German armed forces.
Term V: We atleast discuss purchaseing of the territory at a later time.
If France agrees to these terms then all fighting will stop between French and Austrian Troops in Africa.

Austria no. I will get the Indochina Colonies no matter what. I'm fighting only to prove a point and to free the Indochinese. Don't stand in my way. I also fought in asia to keep their troops tied down.

Ill agree to LIMITED acess and i must know ahead of time for each deployment. Also my colonies will be defended by my men itll be a sad day when France can not defend its own territory. Other than that looks good. |

The french in Indochina will be given 4 weeks to leave or they will be crushed.

Please forgive the bluster of my esteemed colleague, the Prime Minister of Greece. However I support his claim that the French Asian colonies should be ceded to Greece. They have the resources in place for a seemless transition of governance. If the French colonial government is allowed to collapse while Greece and Austria fight, the territory will devolve into chaos and will be useless to either side without a heavy investment to reinstate order and rebuild vital infrastructure, not to mentioning disolving a valuable alliance and a true friendship.

The Crown Prince, while not expecting to be listened to, agrees with the position of the Greek people's, they have devoted precious time and resources, Austria has no right to deny them from going after the French Colonies of Indochina, this treaty has no reason for being. Austria should not be allowed to continue to force the world to knuckle under to their demands. We advise that France not accept this treaty, there will be nothing to stop Austria from siezing the French colonies themselves after all French soldiers have left.

Austrians have nothing to do with the greek forces. this agreement is only between Austria and France no other nations.

The dispute involves the fact that Greek forces have already surrounded and are waging an offensive against the French colonies in Indochina (Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos). The argument is that the handover of power in those areas should go to Greece, not Austria-Hungry.

We agree but are unable to support greece nor France against Greece. when ccrcreated i ment not only Germany but anyother conflicts you may be encountered in.
