(Note this Alliance has no militaristic goals pure trading so it doesn't overlap with any other military alliances)
The Ottoman Empire reckonises that in a competitive world nations in the same area must stick together. Therefore we propose that the four powers of the Middle East agree on a trading alliance to help our countries develop.
The Persian, Afgans and the new nation of Arabia are all invited of course as we hope to bring the Middle East forward economically.

We heartily agree on this alliance. I hope you will be able to attend the confrence in Persia, as I will now also be inviting representatives from Afghanistan and Arabia. We have even more to dicuss now.
