Mexico hopes that the United Kingdom will join Mexico in a Strategic Alliance of mutual protection. Mexico will use what it can to protect British protectorates in Mexicos area as well as send to troops to the UK in the case of a European War.

Of course Britain will join an Alliance with Mexico for personal and military reasons.

Mexico is glad the United Kingdom has made the decision to Mutualy Protect each other, and will promise to hold truthfully to it's word.
