Mexico wishes to enter a pact of mutual protection for the empires of Mexico and the Ottoman. Also the rights of military acess in both nations.

Last thing the Ottomans want is a war against the USA and you offer no possible influence in the Middle East to help defend the Ottoman Empire. Unless you can make me believe otherwise we reject this offer.
