Following the surrender of Brazil by the government there the Ottomans realise this doesn't mean the country is all on its knees. With just under 60,000 troops already landed on Brazilian land the other 5 Divisions (150,000 men) are to be landed into Brazil. There main objective will be to build defenses and of course aid the civilians in anyway they can. Militia attacks will not be tollorated under any circumstances and Ottoman Forces will not hesitate to use full force against them. With the new Austrian plan for the division of Brazil the Ottomans will deploy in the key areas in the South of the country. The New nation of 'South Brazil' will prosper under the Ottoman rule and will continue as the greatest power in South America without the North. The Ottomans offer any Brazilians in the North the chance to live in the South to get a better life than you could get in the North. The Deployment will be: 1 Division in Rio de Janeiro. 1 Division in Sao Paulo. 1 Division in Porto Alegre. 1 Division in Rio Branco. 1 Division in Curltiba. 1 Division in Belo Horizonte. 1 Division in Goiana.

The reconstruction of any damaged buildings in Rio etc. has now begun now that the troops are all postioned in their designated towns/cities.
The Brazilian military still active is being tested and prepared for training under the supervision of Ottoman Soldiers. It is hoped that the people of Brazil and their military can be focused if given goals they must sutpass both Economically and Military. The Captains of the Ottoman Navy have also begun the inspection of the Brazilian Navy in ports.
The Brazilian Government is going to be kept in power and will be able to continue to run their country as they wish as is the policy of the Ottoman Empire at this time. However despite this freedom the Ottoman's will be in ulitimate control of the Army/Navy when it is fully inspected and prepared. In addition the Ottomans are pumping millions of assets into Brazil to help develop the countries infastructure.
The Government have agreed to obey the Ottoman Superiors and promise to do everything in their power to prevent rebelions of any kind. Militants still in hiding are being offered money to stand down any hostile intentions. They are also offered postions back into the army if wanted and the leaders of the Rebels are offered Officer postions in the Brazilian Army in the future if they stand down.

The Ottoman Troops are now firmly in place in Brazil as resistance seems to taken a large fall seen the offer was made to the Brazilian militia. However wounded Ottoman soldiers are still an occurance in certain areas of South Brazil.
The Brazilian Navy has been inspected by the Ottoman Navy commanders. Many ships arent really up to the standards of the Ottoman navy however it is believed that the Navy that Brazil had with some upgrading will be more than capable of handling itself by South American standards. The Ottoman Empire wants the Austrians to realise that they will not get any of the ships in the Brazilian Navy nor any of the Army that turns it self over to the Ottomans.
Ottoman Evaluation of the Brazilian Ships:
COASTAL DEFENSE SHIPS
2 MARSHAL DEODORO CLASS Coastal Defence Battleships (Marshal Deodoro and Marshal Floriano).
2 MINAS GERAIS CLASS Battleships. (Minas Gerais and Sao Paulo)
BRAZILIAN CRUISERS
5 Cruisers (Almirante Barrozo, Almirante Tamandare, Benjamin Constant, Republica and Almirante Barrozo)
2 BAHIA CLASS Cruisers (Bahia and Rio Grande do Sul)
BRAZILIAN DESTROYERS
11 PARA CLASS Destroyers (Para, Alagoas, Amazonas, Mato Grosso, Paraiba, Paiui, Rio Grande Do Norte, Santa Catherina, Sergipe, Parana and Maranhao).
All ships are to be prepared for service over the next 2 months. The crews are also to take a crash course in Ottoman rules etc.
The Ottoman commanders are now to inspect the ground forces of Brazil.

The Brazilian aspect of the Ottoman Navy is now in full operation after 14 weeks of repairs and updates on the ships. And a certain amount of retraining for the crew. At this time no new ships are planned as the government of Brazil now set up in Rio de Janeiro says that it is more than able to defend itself from neighbouring countries. Therefore the Ottoman Navy is readying to return home atlast with possibly 2 Divisions of Infantry now that they arent as needed.
The Brazilian army is ready to take over from some Ottoman Division who have been continually training new recruits, repairing buildings, aiding the populace and building garrisons/defenses in key areas and borders. The former militia and opposers to the Ottoman invasion has lessened but an unlining dislike is apparent. About 60,000 Men are readied and armed at this time but this is expected to be doubled over a long time. Mosin Nagant Rifles and Maxim MG's are being shipped in to arm the soldiers. Other weapons will be used for a possible legion of Guerrila/Special Forces to take part in operations on the North/South Brazil border. Many taking part in this are the former militia members now paid and fed by the Ottoman's and partially working for them against Austria in the north. The Masses of Ottoman Troops are the only way of keeping the Brazilians inline it seems and they are now spread across the area.
The Southern Brazilian Government is circulating anti-Austrian propoganda as approved by Ottoman officals. Due to Austrian use of gas on civilians in North Brazil and other disgraces the Ottomans have taken the stance that they are sercuring the lands and helping to develop them by stopping the Austrians destroy the Brazilian way of life.
Secret IC:
An influx of 'refugees' from Austrian North Brazil has occured illegally across the border. Trained Brazilian nationalists (Former Militia) armed and trained by the Ottomans have begun bringing families into Ottoman areas from the Austrian zones. Mainly skilled workers nonetheless but alot are just labourers.
It will of course take years for the Brazilians to become industrialised and developing at a good rate as the Ottoman Empire itself is only really starting to take large strides in that direction but money and supplies will continually be sent to prepare for long term developments.

2 Divisions of Infantry are being removed from Brazil and are returning home to Turkey along with the 3rd Fleet.
This in turn will mean that the Brazilian Fleet will take over from the 3rd Fleet and the 2 Brazilian Army will soon be deployed in the Ottoman Division's place.
