This has been confused many times so I will say this now. SPARTA IS A PART OF ITALY! YOU CANT ATTACK ONE WITHOUT THE OTHER NOR DO ANY SEPRATE DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS!

In short, Sparta's ruler, is more like a Governer... or a mayor... or something like that... he is bound to my will, and therefore, im bound to his.

We view this governor as a threat to all and feel he needs to be replaced.

[Italy]

A threat? you have to be shitting me. You are RUSSIA, he is SPARTA.

As of now, its essentially saying that Luxemborg is a threat to the USA.

Sparta isn't even bug enough to threaren anyone bigger then Bulgeria or Rumania. Russia, Germany, Britian or Spain could crush me. You just know I'm a poor RPer and want to get rid of me.
