The 6th Fleet arrive in Havana. The populace is curious. Never have they had to deal with the British before so why are they here.
The Admiral looks woefully at the city then give the order.
Sudddenly the ships fire. They shell in pattern making sure there is no more than a miunte before another shell hits the city. The Destroyers a moving close enough to hit Havana nad join in with the bombardment.
Men in thier transports are anxious and ready As they know they will be landing soon to secure the city. The officers call this step 1 in Operation Constrictor.

So when your out there fighting remember your fighting to keep Britain nad his Majesty safe from harm. And his Majesty and the Country thank you for that."

20,00 soldiers being their landing in Havana. The LZ was bombarded prior to the landing. The first troops off the transports deal with whatever resistance is left in the LZ.
THe Artillery is being unloaded after the LZ is confirmed to be secure. Once secure it will be brought into position to shell resistance in Plaza de Revolcuion.
Naval Shelling was moved away from the LZ and was now directed at Centro Habana. 1/8 of the shells where incediary which is supposed to scare the Cubans.
Ooc: Greece please post Cuban Resistance.

The Cubans get hit hard during the first bombardment. They where only able to fire back with one gun that had the range. It was quickly knocked out.
As the British land, the cubans open up with a mix of fire from rifles. Some of the rifles where bolt-action but a lot where break and Lever actions. They fought for a good hourr before breaking their ranks.
Casualties: 9,980

Heh! how can the U.S. think to threaten us."Chuckled the Prime Minster.
Hey had just heard of the U.S. in their objection over the invasion of Cuba. He was going over it with his staff.
"They were quick. The battle in Havana had only being going on for a dya and the found out already. And they wnet straight to declaring war? What arrogance! Well what should we do? droned the Prime Minster.
"Well sir maybe we could talk them out? You know tell them it is not in their interest to involve themselves in our matters."
"Negotation may take too long. I say we negotatie but also press on the offensive against them. The most probable choice would be to attack Mexico."
The Prime Minster replied with his Decision "Hmmm, I think the latter is most probable. Send them a Telegram while get our forces Ready to attack Mexico."
[Telegram] [From: David Loyld George Prime Minster; London, England] [To: President Woodrow Wilson; Washington D.C. U.S.]
We have recieved word of your declartion and are deeply saddened. We don't not want war with you, but if we must we will. We had intell that Cuba was preparing for a strike on British Intrests in the Caribbean. We made the first-strike to prevent the loss of British Lives. If you do not rescind your Declaration we will show you our agner for your occupation of Mexico and Canada. It is not Possible for us to pull completely out of the Caribbean so instead we offer you this. Pull out of Mexico or face destruction.

The order from the Prime Minster had arrived. It called for the first strike against America to be carried out. The most probable choice as suggested by the Prime Minster was Mexico. Mexico was unstable due to animosity felt by the Mexicans. They wanted to be independent. They did not wish to be a colony again. The Mexicans would Rebel savagely agaisnt the U.S. occupation, all that was needed was a push and a little support.
Forces on the move to Cancun from throughout the Caribbean
