The Afghan government has reached a deal with Persia, under our joint defense agreement, to begin construction of a Navy at a Persian port to protect Afghan interests in the Persian Gulf. Trained crews have been brought in. These include skilled people from Afghanistan and her fiefdoms, as well as skilled foreigners brought in for the project They begin their first ship. In addition the ships being currently being produced by Greece, as per previouse agreement, will be added to this fleet. Completed ShipsFuso Class Dreadnaughts- ARS Abd ar-Rahman Khan (Flagship)

Steel production capability in Asia that has been used for arms construction are being turned over the production of the Gulf Fleet. British Contractors in Aden are being hired to help build the ships there.

The Keravanos class Destroyes from Khamir have arrived in the Persian Gulf.

Orders have been placed for the final two Andria Doria class Battleships as well as the conversion of dual purpose cargo ships into Seaplane carriers. The air facilities at South Vietnamese airbases are to begin construction of the actual plane.

The ships have been completed for the Gulf Fleet. The Seaplane carriers in Phenom Penn are being detained there due to the US fleet in the Arabic sea. The construction of M.A.S. torpedo boats has also been effected. Some of the unarmed ships are currently stuck in Greek ports due to the US Fleet.
Najib Kahn stood at the desk of the Emir, waiting for an answer.
"Fine, you want a ship, you can have one. Modified Battlecruiser you said."
The stern Pashtun nods his head silently.
"Alright, this is what it will cost." The emir writes down a number a scrap of paper and slides it across his desk. Najib considers it. A higher markup then they expected, but definatly not beyond what the other warlords were willing to pay. He sets a on the table and undoes the latches, to reveal that it is filled with pounds sterling.
"This will be enough."
A stripped down, custom armed Kongo battlecruiser is being layed down in Phenom Penn for the tribal chiefs. Several cargo ships are also being outfitted with armament by the tribes of Afghanistan.
