Now that the Ottoman Empire has the plans of the M1 Tank at its disposal specialist crews are being trained to run them. As they already are experienced in the use of Armored Cars there training shall be completed in 2 months at most.
Also in the Tank Factories recently constructed and filled with specialised workers (See Ottoman Industrialisation) 50 M1 Tanks are to be produced. This will be a drawn out process but 10 are expected per month with the workers becoming more effient at their jobs as time progresses.

The first 10 M1 Tanks have been completed in Turkey.
In a small address to all the people of the Ottoman Empire from the Middle East to Brazil, Mehmet V stated that that he has been overwhelmed by the continued expansion and development of the Ottoman Empire and that the M1 Tank is proof of the Ottoman Empire being able to compete with the world. He also said that the whole Empire should continue its rate of development because it can only benefit the whole populace.
The Tanks are to remain in Turkey for the meanwhile as crews are fully trained. However training may be cut short for the most advanced members of the Tank Training program as war spreads across the world and the M1's may be required on the Ottoman front lines.

Another 10 M1 Tanks have been completed and this time slightly ahead of schedual. They will also be stationed in Turkey at this time before being deployed. Also with crews now trained and ready deployment wont be too far off.
The most possible location of deployment will be in Norway where the use of 20 M1 Tanks could certainly cut casuality numbers as the Norwegians wont have any tanks to counter them.

More money and industry is to be pooled into making Tanks and possibly more into artillery. The Sultan and his military advisers see the Tank having a key role in all aspects of ground battles and want to boost its production rates.
With this a Tank Division Headquarters is to be set up in Istanbul and it will begin three new objectives intially:
1) Recruit new candiates for future Tank Crews.
2) Continue extensive testing on Tank designs to improve on all faults that may occur.
3) Test the capabilities of Tanks in desert warfare. (May include new designs, new upgrades and revisions).

30 More Mark 1 Tanks are now commissioned. The Ottoman Empire is to buy in more materials to continue this rate of production. However at a certain stage the rate may decline.
The Sultan does want to see the Mark 1 Tank on every Ottoman Battlefront if the Ottomans are to become a greater power.
