In a huge effort to improve and expand the Empires economy a mass industralisation is planned in the whole of the Ottoman Empire.
This will include heavily developing ports on both the Med and the Black sea up to the standards of other European powers. Also major towns will be converted into industrialised areas and the workforce there will be poured into factories. This isn't for the war effort but for the development of the Ottoman Empire, however it can still benefit it.
Also agricultural resources are to be put together to enhance the Empires productions.
This project could take many years to complete but the Ottomans are optismistic that serious changes will have occured over the period of a year and the majority of construction will completed by the end of the second year.
The Ottoman Empire also offers the Russians the use of future Industry in the Ottoman Empire if it kindly donates money to the project.

Afghanistan is currently a producer of coal, iron and other minerals important for industrial growth that may be of interest to you. Perhaps we can work out an equitable exchange as per our trade agreement.

Persia will of course follow suit. Much of our industrliation will take place along the Persian/Ottoman border, allowing for quick exchange between the two nations. This is also deemed the safest area of Persia as of now.

The king had called his advisors back in. Yesterday they gave him problems, today he has offered solution. Tacked carefully to the wall is a map of Afghanistan, marked up with push pins and colored inks. Bold lines mark expanded river ports and railway lines, Arabic symbols marking mineral deposits. “Today we enter the brave new world.”
Afghanistan is happy to announce that we are currently engaging in a plan of economic and industrial growth. Geologists have been brought in to evaluate and explore Afghanistan’s mineral wealth, while construction has been planned on river ports and factories. With the openings of our new trade partners we hope to become a true player in the economic world.

Ottoman Industrialisation has been rapidly growing under the new scheme of development set about some 16 weeks ago...
Shipyard Developments
The shipyards of the Ottoman Empire on both the Black Sea and Med are now producing on nearly double efficency now after huge redevelopments and re-equiping of the shipyards. Also specialist training has been completed for many of the workers at the shipyards in the production of Warships and Submarines.
Oil Field Developments
In Iraq mineral experts have begun drill for oil under the deserts there. The most modern equipment has been set up on the oil fields and maining of the populace in the area has been trained to run and work on the projects. Iraq has been designated the task of refining and exporting the majority of oil uncovered in the Ottoman Empire. A port near Basra will be given the task of exporting oil from the Ottoman Empire to the other nations of the world, however at this time the oil is required for the Ottoman Industrialisation. Mineral experts are being sent to other countries in the Ottoman Empire to expand the supply of the Empire.
Agricultural Developments
The Ottoman Empire's agricultural experts have now taken over the whole of the Ottoman farmland avaliable to them. They are experimenting with many different types of farming and building large farmland with irrigation in areas. The idea is to almost triple agricultural outputs to supply the Empire with more than enough food for itself. All surplus food produces will be prepared for exports on the Med.
Factory Developments
Large amounts of land in Turkey and Syria has been desginated for factories. Large numbers of the populace mainly in urban areas have been trained in building many different types of equipment for the Empire. New equipment has been installed to increase production in all factories that are already active. A certain percentage of factories are set to building military goods. This will include helmets, rifles, MG's and grenades. Also factories for building armored cars/tanks are constructed. Airplane building facilities have also been constructed with trained workers. Towns that were producing primary goods are now being developed to become more manafacturing areas.
Railway Developments
The Ottomans have expanded on previous railway lines in Turkey to extend to new industrial areas in all countries in the Ottoman's Middle Eastern territories. Lines have also been built into Arabia and Persia in accordance with the META agreements. Also links to Russia have been constructed to improve trading capabilties.
