2 Ottoman Divisions of 30,000 men are being transported by sea to Sweden to support interests there in the Naval construction of Ottoman Ships.
The Divisions each equiped with 200 Maxim MG's and Mosin Nagant rifles will be accompanied by 300 4.5" Howitzers.
The Transports will be accompanied by the Dreadnought 'Sultan Osman I' and the Destroyers 'Gairet-I-Watanije', 'Jadhigar-I-Millet', 'Muavenet-I-Millet', 'Numene-I-Hamije' all German S.165 class.
In addition the Ottoman Empire is asking all other nations let the fleet pass through there as we hold no hostile threat to anyone.

Well remeber your ships are allowed to port in Cypurs. Just not Malta.

We have no intention of going to Greek/Spartan ports so you won't have to 'stop' me.
Also Italy as part of The Mediternian Coalition with you we ask why you would prevent us from docking at Athens.

We have yet to build trust between our two nations. The MC is a TRADE organization, not to be confused with a port mongrol.
If you want to imporve diplomatic relations, fine.
