2 Ise Class Battleships, 13 Takasago class cruisers 5 Kaba Class Destroyers and transports carry'ing Troops . leave suthern Japan and head for an undisclosed location in the pacific.
A landing force of 500 prepares to storm the island.

OOC: You probably would only need a force of like 100 tops for an annexation of Easter Island. I would probably use like 70.

After taking all the statues of easter island the Japanese head home. Leaving only 500 troops behind, and lots of rice.These will make sure that the now enslaved tiki's will work. (making a harbor and a tunnel complex)
300 of the Japanese on the island are "engineers" and are equiped with bulldozers and heavy tools.

The Japanese navy is now launching the second phase of the operation, the second fleet will head for easter island's new naval base along with transports. And alot of supplies.
