In Ottoman Ethiopia, Ottoman Somaliland and Eritrea much aid has already been given to the populace to help them. This is especially in Ethiopia where the Italian caused a genocide. Ethiopia is undoubtably feeling the effects of these huge losses and will do for some time but nonetheless the Ottomans plan to develop them. The Governments in the countries are fairly self run but there is little improvement at the moment.
With little industrial potienal at this time the main focus will defiently be placed opon agriculture where new ideas and development plans will be drawn up in all 3 countries. A possible railway system could also be an idea but still it is unlikely to happen along with other industrialisation plans for years to come. With the Ottoman Empire's naval assets removed from the waters nearby no troops are to be moved but are to be spread out to reach the harder struck areas of the 3 countries.
