Greece has set up a Govornment in Exile containing the following in Northern Africa.
30 troops. Reclling 3,000 fromBelgium to get here any way shap or for.
40 Civilians. We are building a small village of New Athens.

OoC: wouldn't more troops be in the Greek government in exile then in Sparta since Sparta is a puppet government?

Ottamen NONE OF THE NAVY WAS DESTROYED. THEY SURRENDERED AT ATHENS. The Government in exile can only grab what is outside of greece not what is in greece.
Spartan is esentualy Greece that has to pay 5% of profits to Italy. We have our own control over our turf. The Spartans want to kick Belgerian ass real badly and soon it looks like they might be able to. Thats what the recruit campaighn says.

I'm not going to attack. Italy would never allow it. But, If bulgeria screws up and try's to take sparta thier will be consquences for thier actions.

King Alphonso XIII has just given the order for 9 Engineering Batallions to be sent to the Greek Government in Exile location. They will be traveling in platoons on small boats through the German blocade. The Batallions should reach the Greek Site in 4 RL hours. After they arrive, they will be put under Greek Control.
