[Ottoman Empire]

The Ottoman Empire's Leaders have had enough of continuing feuds between the Greeks and its Balkan neighbours. They are therefore entering this arena of battle to end it. The Ottomans have no interest in the land of the Balkans but are going to sort this out once and for all using force if required.

Formal Message to the Greeks

They have already been two wars fought over yours lands in recent years, they have been bloody and pointless. You are the catalyst in the Balkan tensions withdraw all forces from Serbia, Bulgaria and any other country in the Balkans that should be there. We tell you this as an ally and not as an enemy but even we are starting to become infuriated by your country.

Formal Message to the Bulgarians/Rumanians

The Ottoman Empire demands that you cease conflict in the Balkans we accept that the Bulgarians face a possible civil war but it can be stopped if the Rumanians stop hostile movements against Greece even if they are in self defense or a counter attack. We are going to send soldiers into Bulgaria not as invaders but as peace keepers. We are going to resolve this civil war under any circumstances. Any shots fired at Ottoman soldiers will be met by hails of bullets at the aggressor. That is all.



3 Divisions of Ottoman Troops totalling 90,000 men are prepared to enter Bulgaria they will be supported by 1 30,000 man cavalry Divsion. Any Bulgarian resistance shall be destroyed no one shall stop our efforts to end this conflict. If the Greeks to not withdraw to their lands and the Rumanians do not follow suit we shall forcibly remove them not this lands. If this two countries have any sense they shall remove themselves from Bulgaria.

Greece will comply the moment our troops in the north can move back to Greece unharmed.

The Rumanians are still in their land.

The Bulgarian government agrees to this but the rebels never got the message, instead the government forged a response from the rebels saying that they would resist all foriegn troops especially Ottomans who were Greek allies.

We wont enter Bulgaria as long as the sorry excuse for a Bulgarian Government gets its people under control. We do not agree with actions of the Greeks and their continual aggression against the other Balkan nations infact we will be removally asking the Moscow Pact that they should be kicked from the pact.

Both Wars in Japan where to help allies and their was several little wars for freedom against Italy and that nasty agression by the Ex-Bulgerian player. Ohh and France didn't stay true to his alliance. So I taught him a lesson on why you do.

Japan attacked me and Russia, you did nothing to even support us. Not a speech a letter or anything. Brazil was a means to expand your empire. Britian is at war with Germany and is conquring Cuba, you just sit there. Austra attacks Switzerland, you step in. Why?

Well, Greece was attacked by Italy and Bulgeria, it was in your back yard. What do you do? Cut all diplomatic ties let someone else take us.

Never once had I gone to war alone. Never one time, your other friends attack nations. What makes me diffrent then them? Every time I fought a war, one of your friends was on my side.

The Ottoman Empire has stopped its efforts to get Greece kicked out the Mp offically.

But as far as your arguement goes...

First Invasion of Greece - I didn't want to get involved simpily because it wasn't in my best interests. You were going to lose and at the time I couldn't have done much about it except slow it down maybe.

War with Japan - Sure I talked to Russia about this at some point along the road but he didn't really need help. You sent men that weren't even needed really you were just kissing up to Russia.

War on Italy - I helped there so forget that one...

War for Indochina - That was just land grabbing and I had no influence there.

I can basically disguard the whole Japan thing as there was enough forces involved already and I did offer Russia support but he said he didnt need it.

Basically my entire arguement was that you always are invading and frankly shit stirring. There is hardly any need for half the not wars but tensions you have caused in the Balkans but really I dont care anymore bigger fish to fry.
