The Greeks look at their war ravaged land filled with crater’s bodies of the dead and other reminders of war. They knew they would have to clean up. So why not start, the military started picking up the dead as the band played Waltzing Mitilda. They lay their bodies in grave sights. War cemeteries where constructed, in them where bodies of Bulgarians, Greeks, and Italians laying side by side. Monuments made of Granite or marble read “These men laid to rest died for their beliefs and their country. Making Sacrifices for their cause. May they rest in peace, for they served so valiantly.”
The armaments where stuck in trucks and dropped of in Athens to be sorted and split between the countries. Fiats sit like toys where they where last parked, men work around them to pull the dead out of them. Men with shovels fill in the old trenches the best they can. Barbwire is cut away from the Spartan fortifications and forts where being deconstructed so their materials could be moved else where. Materials are brought up to build towns that where burned by the Bulgarians.
Hospitals are over run by the wounded soldiers and many of them will not survive the week. Out of those who do survive many will be crippled. The army secures key locations and keeps rebelling Italian soldiers in line.
