With the Permission of Montenegro Austria wishes to annex the territory temperarily. We wish to help Montenegro with its economy and military. After Montenegro is Powerful it will be again set free. This annexation is to create good relations with Monenegro not bad and will only happen with permission from their government. also of coarse it will be a puppet nation under austria untill set free. But again will only happen with the permission of Montenegro.

No annexing will take place you can do this without any military force just send advisors etc.

We have already stated that this will only be with montenegros permission. if declined we will not think of anything of it.

I think he just joined and posted once, I sent Montenegro a PM a few days ago and he has yet to respond.
