Mobilization of 3 million soldiers

Due to rising tensions in Europe, the Tsar has ordered 3 million people to be drafted. This is close to the max amount Russia can adequately supply.

Civilian industry will shift to military wherever possible (not too much of it to start with but some tractor factories can make a few more tanks for me, fighters and not airliners, etc.)

And when shall we see these men combat ready? Somtime next year?

In one week they will be ready, though I can forget about training and send them in makeshift fasion to the front earlier than that if necessary.
