Rumania somewhat new to the internation community wishes to unite all of the rightful Romanian provinces. Rumania would like to purchase or some how receive, the provinces of Domoko, Brasso, Fograras, Feldru, Cluj, Nagyszeben, Deva, Orsova, Temesvar, Oradea, Gymblafarchervar and Szatmar. It might sound like a lot but take into consideration that many Romanian people live in these provinces and to unite Rumania would be helpful to both of us, and would strengthen our relationship ten fold. A map of the wanted provinces is provided.  |

A deal of 2 Million pounds for the provinces was arranged between the Rumanian and Astro-Hungarian leaders.

I hereby give all the provinces that rumania asked for and hand them over to rumania. For the total price of 2 million pounds that is. Also Lower Tyrol will also be given to Italy. Good day
