Russia shall send a division to claim greeces agean and mediterranean islands.

Nope, sorry, they were denounced Russian before the attack.
What happended was that was Originallt part of Bulgarias Claim, but he gave it to Russia in exchange for the 25 Scrap Cruisers.

Russia will grant the islands autonomous status, but they will have naval bases, coastal guns, etc.

I believe at least one Island has a port. I will also be willing to sell materials needed to build these ports.

Indonesia wishes to be granted its own civillian port on crete, so that trading and customs may be easier to pass through.

We can do the work for you too. For a minor price of course. Say 16,000 per day and we will use local resources to cut back on both of our expensies. Ohh and of course we get to keep all surplus meterials.

OOC: Cheers Russia for Rhodes
The Ottomans will move the whole 30,000 man Divsion and some artillery onto Rhodes to develop defenses. Any Greeks on the Island wishing to leave are allowed for the period of a week (ingame). Also the Ottomans will have a Zero-tolerance of any resistance against them by the inhabitance of Rhodes.
