SOMEWHERE IN GERMAN OCCUPIED FRANCE
The Gotha Bombers that had landed at this French feild just hours ago were refueld to head for their target. They were debriefed with a shocking -yet blatent, at the same time- order. They were to take off from this field in the German occupied part of France and to head for Paris. Their trip was to take hours. The whole mission had been as kept secret as possible. They fly in the cover of night and at altitudes of roughly 15,000 feet. To high to enable the defense to intercept them as they flew toward the French capital.

PARIS, FRANCE
The Gotha bomber crews were nervous despite the cover of darkness, and the time in which they arived. The sun was just peeping above the horizon, and the ground below them was still dark. It was 0300 local time. Just when human reaction times are at their worst.
Each Gotha bomber carried twelve Heavy Explosive (H.E.) bombs; carried in twin chambers mounted within the fuselage between the pilot's and rear cockpit along with two external bombs in spring jaws under the forward section. The crews were really nervous now as they lower altitude just a bit, to get to their targets.
50 out of the 60 planes focused on factories, railroads, communications facilities, and oil fields. The other 10 focused on certain military targets in the city such as troop concentrations, airfields, and ammunition dumps.
They close in on their targets, and let loose their bombs. After their payloads are dropped, they will turn, regroup, and head back for German occupied territory in France and refuel.
