The German army met no ressistance, until they came to the
capitol (luxembourg, offcourse)
there a partisan force inspired by the brave defense of
Hamamatsu had already been founded memebers took
guns from gunssmiths (they gave them away the germans
would take them anyway) They knew that the situation
was alot diffrent then in Hamamatsu a place that they had
never heard of before it's battle.
they started planting rifle round traps in locations that
would most likly provide cover if a sniper opened fire.
the also took grenades and made booby traps out of them
especially on doors ofbuildings and gates on fences etc.
the forces now had an estimate of 10.000 swedish mauser
rifles. and many of them haf telescopes.
Snipers were deploued at almost every block and mortars
were deployed on rooftops but those were ill supplied
and couldn't sustain fire for very long.
the army only with 3 divisions occupied major buildings
and but Artillery in the couartyards, they knew that
ressitance was futile, but they were so inspired by the
Japanese ( ;D) that they refused to give up.
Grenades were given to those that said they were willing
to throw them at the Germans.
Maxim guns have been deployed in windows interlooking
streets.
The Commander of the armed forces blieves that his
artillery shells will to more damage to the germans
if given away to the partisans so he gives them
some of the shells
The people are given a choice, to fight to defend the city
or go out of the city an surrender to the germans. the
Partisans put secretly in this large group of civilians
partisans with granades and revolvers.
5 aircraft fitted with machine guns are aviable these
these are also fitted with 3 10kg fragmantation granades
these are supposed to attack any germans they encounter
30.000 refugees cross into France from the western
provinces.
