Jiaozhou Bay, Shandong Province
The Japanese fleet had been seen advancing toward the German Sphere of influence. The dots on the horrizon alerted a few German fisherman. They went back to the bay to alert the authorities. The German Navy only had about 11 ships located at Jiaozhou bay, mostly because a lot of them were sent to Europe a while ago. They call for reinforcements, but they probably wouldn't arive untill the battle is already over. The German Navy manned their stations and were battle ready within hours. Now they sit, and wait for their fate to come. As the German Army located at the German Sphere of Influence go to their defensive positions.
OOC: Sorry for the shity ass post. I'm lazy today.

I will help japan in this matter and will use my Asian fleet to join up with the Japanese fleet and wait to engage.
I would also like permission to move 30,000 asian stationed Greek troops with an army of Indochinese regulars up in to Japanese held Korea to fight the Germans. We cannot lend any airsupport what so ever at this time.

So he calls for a fleet but not for an army from the Greeks. Why? OOC: No. He doesn't call for any kind of reinforcements because the whole reason why he needed reinforcements was because of the reconnaissance aeroplanes that conducted observations of my fleet and found out that there was a little bit more than he thought. And obviously he kind of magically apeared out of no where over my ships and got out of there safely. So the observations never happened. Therefor reinforcements were never called up. .

More ships were added to provide more artillery support.
