Austria Hungarian diplomat vladimir Federov begins to speak at the meeting
" We the Austrians are offering peace to the rumanians. We are offering to pull out our troops and pay 500,000 USD. if we keep Trannsylvania. or be come a puppet government to Austria with limited autority by the Austrians. It will be considered a new diplomatic nation but will be mostly runned by Austria. Although we think these terms are fair we are more then willing to negotiate.
Vladimir then sits down and waits for a Rumanian response.

The Rumanian Diplomat Bratovia Rifsjac stand up. "These terms are far from fair. Rumania had done nothing to deserve then invasions and even now these invasion are losing you more then you will ever gain. Rumania will not be puppetted by any government. Let me tell you this now, Rumania interest will dominate if there will ever be a peace accord."

Why, I see this as an insult, we have your seas dominated and can shell you in to submission. Why would we pay the loser of this war!.
The only way the nation of Greece will sign a treaty is that, no body gains any land or any valuble thing from another nation. Leave it as it is.

You will pay for the reparation of the damages you did to my coast. I would hardly call you the winner of this war. Austria has lost troops about 1-10 agaisnt me. and your armada is limited to the coastlines of Rumania.

Coast lines can be destroyed as we speak troops from south America and Indochina are set to arrive with in 2 to 6 weeks. This would make you outmanned and out gunned.
We say we leave it as is. No payment just a peace treaty and an NAP.
