In say Berlin if Germany allows it their. This way it is out of the Line of fire. I would hold it in Sparta, but it is a war zone. If we can not hold it their I would like to hold it in Amsterdam or Rome.
I prepared an agenda
1. Fuel Issue because the Moscow Pact holds almost all oil rich areas. 2. Russia and the Moscow Pact's aggression towards the two alliances. 3. Forighn arms trades 4. Forieghn Trade 5. Any other issue we have

I beleive this is all the countries we need. The other's might get in the way, we are the four big leaders of these alliances anyway.

As Persia is apparently not needed, no diplomat will be sent to Europe. We have no desire to involve ourselfs in European nonesense as it stands.

OCC: I want to fast foward a little because I have the first few ideas written out. This is so I won't have to post tommorrow and try to rember what I wanted to say. It might take us a long time to Rp this.
IC:
The Spartan Prime Minister gets up.
“You all know why I called you here today. We have seen problems both economically and military. The Moscow Pact and the Ottomans control over 90 percent of the world’s oil, this has caused major problems. No oil equals death to all of us. He can easily grip our throats and chock us to death. Without oil we will surely die. We have oil areas but these are not enough to hold our planes, trucks, tanks and navies together. We must find a way around this fact and keep us together. There is over ten nations in these pacts and only about four produce any oil. The mid-east is controlled by the ottomans and their lackeys. We can find away, this is what they are, make modify some ships and power plants to use coal in which many of us produce. Use peat from the bogs to produce energy, these will help us.”
The Spartan Minister sits down.

Well, Rumania is still part of the Berlin Pact, but I have a feeling I am not welcomed so I guess a diplomat will not be sent to Berlin.

The British Diplomat stands "I for one am appaled at this. A coalition designed soley from the destruction of another? I personally think that this is a stupid matter taking the focus away from the real problem..."

The British Diplomat continues "To address the oil problem i propose buying as much British Oil as possible. I kid, I kid. Actually I think that the Countries that currently own territories full of oil that aren't in the M.P. should trade oil with others who need it without much restriction. Of course I'll think this over though."
