The German Government feels that it is not right for Italy to "comprimise"-so to speak- anything with the Austrians. Since the Austrians were the ones invading Italy, Italy should be able to come up with his own terms.

Feeling secure because of Germany's backing, as well as beeing annoyed by lack of Austrian cooperation, Italy offers one last ultimatum to the Austrians, more harsh then before:
1) Plans for the SKODA Austrian Artillery and production rights
2) You drop out of the Moscow Pact and declare neutrality for WW1
3) You cecede your Adriatic Coastline to me.
4) Your entire navy is commendered by Italy, and becomes a part of the Italian Fleet
Choice is yours, this is your last chance.

The German Government feels that Sparta's term is too harsh and the German Army wont dissagree with Austria declining it.

ooc :lol you wouldnt get much of a Navy. Austrian Officials are pondering this agreement but the chances of agreement are low. We offer this treaty in the name of peace not in the shadows of defeat. we were hopeing you would make the right decision of the last agreement. Austrian Forces are looking down sa they feel peace is out of their reach.

These will not be surrender terms. Austrian Forces will fight to the Death befor they surrender. from the looks of things Italians are takeing more casulties then Austrians and there will be no diffrence if germany gets involved. But as a warning if war does not end and italian soil is once again invaded then there will be no peace but only Destruction

The German Government warns the Austrian government that they should take their heads out of their asses, and stop overestimating the Austrian Army. The German Army is a lot more technology advanced and outnumbers the Austrian Army by the millions.

First of all your not kicking my ass. second of all im fighting for my home and that really helps.
Austria is not overestimateing our military the Italians is underestamateing the Austrian nationalism and how they will defend their home at all costs. in other words the Italians will not take austria as easily as expected and it will come at a cost. to Germany we are not afraid of you. For too long you and your ally the U.S have been bossing nations around we will stand up to you. we may not win this war but we will criple your military more then you think. you may have better technology but just remember how much harder it is to invade a nation insted of defending your home. if it is for your home soldiers will fight harder and better and will not give up. our forces may die but our nation will prevaile so go a head and invade but let it be warned that forces will devistate your military more then you think.
